At the portal, select your therapist of choice and look for an available appointment that suits your schedule.
After you have requested an appointment, you will receive an email notification to let you know if the appointment you requested was accepted or denied. Notification will be sent to the email you provided when you requested the appointment.

Please have your intake forms completed before you arrive for your first session. Here is a quick link to the intake forms.
If it is possible, please fax your paperwork in to 847-205-0377 at least 24 hours prior to your first appointment. Be sure to specify the name of your therapist and your first appointment day and time on your cover page.
Sheryl Dubinsky earned her undergraduate degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and her masters in Human Services counseling from National Louis University.
Sheryl develops rapport quickly with clients and has a natural ability to empathize and to encourage them to talk through the issues and struggles they are facing.
As a divorced mother of three, Sheryl wants to help people through the trauma of ending a marriage. She works to assist those in the divorce process to develop a new outlook and embrace the opportunity to grow and become stronger and wiser.
