Scope of Practice
Do you feel stuck? Are you struggling to deal with life changes? Do you feel as though you don’t enjoy those things that used to excite you? Feeling stuck or restless in your current situation is temporary. You can find a new outlook. Let me help you through life’s transitions. My goal is to guide and assist you in finding your own strengths that allow you to move forward, process the past and have a positive view of the future.
My specialty is working with people through life’s transitions. Whether that’s from college to working life, working life to retirement or anything in between. Transitions can be difficult, but working through the transition and learning about yourself in the process can enhance and improve your life.
I earned my Masters Degree from Loyola University Chicago. My clinical experience includes working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, conducting therapy with individuals, providing group therapy and working with families. I also have experience working with individuals and families dealing with a life threatening illness.
