At the portal, select your therapist of choice and look for an available appointment that suits your schedule.
After you have requested an appointment, you will receive an email notification to let you know if the appointment you requested was accepted or denied. Notification will be sent to the email you provided when you requested the appointment.

Please have your intake forms completed before you arrive for your first session. Here is a quick link to the intake forms.
If it is possible, please fax your paperwork in to 847-205-0377 at least 24 hours prior to your first appointment. Be sure to specify the name of your therapist and your first appointment day and time on your cover page.

Ruth has a friendly, compassionate style and works to create a safe therapeutic space for couples and families. She is a client-centered, solution focused therapist deeply rooted in systemic theory who works with individuals, couples and families to help cultivate receptiveness and empathy for one another’s feelings and needs within the relationship and family system. Ruth believes that every relationship deals with conflict but it is how the individuals within the relationship handle the conflicts that determine the prosperity or deterioration of the relationship. Ruth is passionate about revitalizing the bond between couples and families through the development and strengthening of interpersonal and relationship skills.
