At the portal, select your therapist of choice and look for an available appointment that suits your schedule.
After you have requested an appointment, you will receive an email notification to let you know if the appointment you requested was accepted or denied. Notification will be sent to the email you provided when you requested the appointment.

Please have your intake forms completed before you arrive for your first session. Here is a quick link to the intake forms.
If it is possible, please fax your paperwork in to 847-205-0377 at least 24 hours prior to your first appointment. Be sure to specify the name of your therapist and your first appointment day and time on your cover page.
Michelle Lester earned her undergraduate degree in Social Work from Xavier University Cincinnati OH, and her masters in Counseling Psychology from North Park University, Chicago IL.
Michelle Lester is therapist and mediator. After graduating with a degree in Social Work from Xavier University, she volunteered with Women Helping Women in Cincinnati, Ohio where she worked as a rape victim advocate and served on a domestic violence hotline. Ms. Lester returned to school in 2008 to earn a Paralegal Certificate, and subsequently worked as a Paralegal specializing in Family Law. She completed mediation training in 2015 She earned her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from North Park University in 2016. In her full-time employment, Ms. Lester works as a substance abuse counselor.
